![]() His builds are also non specialized so you can grab whatever unit comps you want without gutting another fun idea. Luthor is not only an OG blood dragon, but he's also surprisingly decent as a guy, despite being crazy as hell some of his personalities are quite friendly and others are NUTTY. Additionally, he is the one that most feels like a VAMPIRE pirate in terms of being zany, crazy, looking cool as hell, and not being a ghost opera singer, Noctilus the boring, or Aranessa's lack of living crew. Vampire Coast: Luthor Harkon - His handcannon combined with his fashion and personality make him a winner in my eyes.Markus himself is a fun lord and his buffs are enjoyable to use and watch. Empire: Markus Wulfhart - I enjoy the ambush based playstyle he encourages and greatly enjoy fighting in the lustrian thunderdome.I only ever played TWW2/3 and Some of TW Atilla And ironically I even play them as the good guys that are just misunderstood because they're actually not evil at all and always help the living good factions in their fight against true evil. Also few starting regions but mostly because I just love their spooky theme and Undead/Vampires (only when they're the more badass Dracula Untold types like Vlad here), with scary dark forests, skeletons, and bats everywhere and a full moon in night battles. and probably because I'm Italian so feels like starting at home and conquering the world from there.Īnd I know that's debatable depending on what countries that they conquered you ask, I view them kind of as the good guys that bring civilisation into the world and I always play the good guys, never played any evil faction / a faction in an evil way.įavorite fantasy faction: Vampire Counts. And Romans in general because I always liked them, like their disciplined armies with heavy infantry, artillery like catapults, scorpions etc. Specifically there because I prefer to start as a very small faction, ideally with only 1-2 regions and get bigger on my own instead of starting with a giant empire like Romans in Attila. Honorable mention to Nurgle because there’s something really appealing about being a slow hulking wall of sicknessįavorite historical faction: Romans in Rome 1 / 2's main campaign and Rise of the Republic. WH3: Chaos Dwarf campaign mechanics are far and ahead the best of the game, along with cool units and strong leaders. Horde campaign with a combination of Egyptian, African, and asian units that you have to call in. Troy: Achilles is a fun campaign with constant battles, but I think my personal favorite goes to Memnon. For the latter, yellow turbans are very fun and huang shao has access to archery masters from the start, aka Han era Browning machine guns. For the former, love the northern start and the access to northern units. Three kingdoms: Yuan Shao and Huang Shao. Shogun 2: Tokugawa, love the difficulty of their campaign and being sandwiched in the middle of Japan.Īttila: Himyar and Axum, love a well implemented African faction. Rome 2: Rome, generic answer but it’s just fun to go to war with Carthage and conquer post Punic war. Napoleon: Spanish start on darthmod, strong naval power along with guerrila units make for fun comps Think we missed one?
